It was not long ago that I was looking at the "your gallery" pictures and was wondering if we were up to the job of installing one.

Our Main concerns were: -

1 "It looks too easy".

2 "If it's as easy as it looks why isn't everyone doing it".

3 "It's too cheap".

As you are aware, I spoke to a number of pool installers and received quotes in excess of £30K. I had all but given up on the pool when we found Paramount Pools.

It is rare to find a supplier who gives the level of service, commitment and ongoing advice that I received from all of the team at Paramount. From the scary moment when the lorry delivered the pool kit, I was put at ease by the delivery staff as they went through each box explaining what it contained and where it went.

The kit was complete, superbly engineered and as a result, very easy to install. I had a few questions throughout the installation and received complete and immediate answers to all of them. The liner installation (the anticipation of which gave me sleepness nights) went so smoothly, I almost wanted to take it out and start again!

I cannot recommend your company or product highly enough and would be happy to talk to any prospective customer. I get a great delight when friends ask what company fitted the pool? Who did the tiling? what a testament to the liner!

We are extremely pleased and proud of the end result. The children have spent the summer holidays in the pool and have now grown gills! This summer has been one of the best for all of the family. Once again, thank you.
