Is the surrounding paving complete*

Decking (paving) works complete in between tracks and around pit area?
Has the Aluminium pit trim been installed*

Aluminium Pit-trim been fixed to front wall of pit housing?
Cabinet installation: Have the concrete pads been cast?*

The drive unit is fixed to the ground, therefore the torque/stresses will be upon these fixings. The existing paving slabs will not be good enough
Has the flush track receptor been installed correctly*

Has Flush Track Receptor been installed to allow a track clearance of 21”/53mm past pool waterline at non-drive-end (Outdoor pool) or 9” past (Indoor pools)?
Pool size
Is track to track dimension the same as the order form?*
If the size is incorrect a resizing of the fabric cost will apply.
Has track length and diagonals been checked?*
Is pool filled with water to finished operational level?*

Pool filled with water to the max. freeboard 6” / 150mm.
Pit construction
Has pit construction as our specification.*

Has the concrete block pit been built to our specifications?
Does pit housing have a drainage system installed?*

I.e. soak-away or other?
Electrical
Has the Hydraulic motor "Power-Pack" & Key-switch been installed.*

Has a qualified electrician installed the Hydraulic motor in the plant room, with the Thermal-Overload.
Has a Frost Stat been installed?*

If no, your Aquamatic cover system may be at risk in winter months.
Will an electrical supply be available on site?*

Required to run power-tools....
Has Key-switch been installed in correct position?*

You must be able to view the full operation of the cover, from where the key switch has been positioned.
